I'm not sure, but I don't think so. The axle clamp is right under the edge of the bolster casting. On a wide axle, the clamp ends up a few inches outside of the edge of the casting. With the axle run all the way out, it's deceiving though!

Yep, I spotted the axle extensions right off too.... the piece on the front is a 'Florida Snow Plow' special attachment.
The yeller one isn't likely to be a long stripe, would have a white grille with white doglegs.... and the hood doesn't look to be attached anyway.
