I found a tag it says. Worthington mower Co. Number 172, Model No. 42. But still can't fined anywhere to get new blades.

Tell you what, those blades really don't look that bad. I use an angle grinder with a sandpaper disk on it like this:
to fix and sharpen my blades. Much easier than a bench grinder, and easier to get a good edge. I've seen blades that had been ground nearly half way across, and still in use. Those really don't look bad to me at all. I'd put a new edge on them and keep using them.

Re: Where can I get new blades
Back in the days when Leinbach machinery was really big, they had bins of blades for most of the major mower makers. I had a Howse which used the Howse proprietary blade available only from them. By rummaging through the selection at Leinbachs, I found that a Fred Cain blade would work perfectly even though the offset was at a different place. The total offset and the mounting hole matched perfectly.
For your blades, start by carefully measuring and make a dimensioned sketch. Do an Internet search for those dimensions and for your mower maker. Chances are in your favor.
