Rudi ---- Update
Rudi sent me a PM and said that I could post this.
Had the right heart cath procedure Friday morning .. it is still a little on the sore side. Went in through the right side carotid artery. Interesting procedure but not one I want to go through on a regular basis. Results are not really what I wanted but kinda what I expected. Vessel pressures are moderately high to high but cardiac output is significantly low. We discussed Sildenafil citrate (Viagra) -- not efficacious in my case and we also discussed Continuous Infusion Therapies such as Flolan, Remodulin, and Veletri, but Peter also felt that these were contra-indicated because of some of the liver issues with two of the drugs and his own issues with CIT therapy. Peter did recommend however SQ Remodulin and that is the option Em and I have opted for. It is a small cell phone sized pump .. like an insulin pump. Some real risks .. but the possible benefits outweigh the risk. Or we can do nothing .. and that is seriously not an option. So .... down the new road we go.
I go in to CCICU at some point on Monday and they are going to start the IT shortly thereafter.
Faith is in the Lord, I am in His hands and His Will, will be done. (+)

Thanks Bill, We will keep Rudi in our thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. Please keep the updates coming.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
