This looks like an excellent resource for Farmall Cub owners!
My name is Ken and I am from Hope Valley, Rhode Island.
My new Cub was given to me by my son-in-law. We were all eating out and I mentioned that if he ever wants to sell the old Farmall Cub (one of some 12 or so vehicles on his property) I would be interested. He responded "Take it , it's yours". My daughter quickly chimed in "Please, take it." It appears she has a new rule, one in, two out. So my son-in-law gave me the tractor and is selling a flatbed so he can buy another truck. That worked for me. When my wife said "I might consider letting you have the tractor" I knew the deal was done. Now if she had only said that years ago when he was getting rid of the Korean-era Jeep!
I hope to get this thing going in the spring. All the parts you do not see are in the shed and a box of 'assorted stuff' presently in my basement shop. This tractor looks a lot easier to work on than a Buick!

Thanks, Harold!
Louisiana is on our short list of places to visit some day! We should fit right in since we are so used to high humidity summers on the coast in RI.

I love your list of tractors. Something tells me you know your way around IH vehicles.

Thanks, Cecil. I believe you are right. There are plenty of small farms around here and the club map shows many RI members.mWe have a state fair just a few miles away in Richmond. Lots of tractors show up.

Howdy neighbor!
Looks to be a decent Cub, especially for the $$ Will have to plan a RI-Mass mini-fest. Surely you have a lot of Cub owners in the area that are willing to lend a hand with your project.
