2019 Louisiana Cub Fest
Greetings from Louisiana!
We want to invite everyone to join us next year a little later in March for our Cub Fest. We had a little conflict with the first weekend in March, so we are going to try a weekend later in the month. Our dates are March 22 & 23, 2019. Hopefully we will have some great spring weather by then and we can enjoy the out of doors more than in the past.
SO, mark your calendars for March 22nd and 23rd and join us for some great Cub Fun! (Of course, there'll be the usual stretching of the truth by some, the hard work by some, and GREAT FELLOWSHIP by everyone!)
Hope to see you in Bogalusa then!

Buddy, Miss Rosie and I sure hope we can make it one year, Can't say if this is it, but we will sure watch our calendar.
By the way, thank you all for the great meal at Cubarama. When you left for the evening we didn't realize you were headed home a day early, otherwise Rosie and I would have surely caught up with you and Miss Hope to say goodbye. Rosie sure had a great time with the ladies from your group. She said it was her best time yet at Cubarama.

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Not to suggest Buddy's cubfest isn't a great one, but don't forget DSCF! It always starts the year with a bang! And I also hope to make it back to Buddy's in 2019, the last few years have always had one conflict or another.

Agreed, and hope I can make it this year. I have to juggle other things and if I can only make one, Bogolusa is half the distance of driving to Sneeds which means if I can only have one day then LA Cubfest is about all I can manage. Hope things get better and I can make both this year.

Looks like about a 9 hour drive one way for me - I doubt if I could make the trip, but some day after I'm retired.....

Re: 2019 Louisiana Cub Fest
My father and I were thinking of attending and do not see the relevant details. (Not listed on the Bogalusa town page)
Where exactly is this? Map?
Is there a schedule? Especially start and end times?
We are first timers and do not know the important details.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks! We really enjoyed meeting everyone and learning a lot!
Good tractors, good people, good food and a really good time.
Will plan to stay much longer next year.
A particular thanks to Stan for teaching me a lot about governor linkage, spring and freeing up the arm when it binds.
