Cubs of different colors.

Postby Trent M » Tue Aug 28, 2007 8:12 pm

A while back there was a topic about painting Cubs different colors. I believe it was GW who posted some photoshopped pics of different colored Cubs. My 3 year old daughter loves to "look about tractors" with me and she would love those colorful ones. I searched for the topic, but couldn't find it. Does anyone remember that topic?

It had to do with the purple cub at RPRU this year.

That is too cool....makes me think what a Beatles' album cover would've looked like if they were a country band! :D

Thanks George, that's it!! My little angel is now asleep, but I will show it to her tomorrow. She will be most impressed. I told her I would buy her a Cub when she's big enough to drive it and that I would paint it any color she wants! I can't go back on my word. :D

I think a pink-and-white Lo-Boy "hers" Cub might convince my wife we need another Cub, after I get this one up and running.

Thanks GW! I think my second Cub (if it ever happens) will be painted like #5. A rich gold color would be fun.

OTOH, since this is Aggieland, perhaps Maroon would be more appropriate.

Rick,

In that case you might like MasseyCub. The paint really is these colors.

This is the tractor that will need some major castings from Gabby.

I would say so. The picture is the one from the eBay listing. It came from your back yard almost exactly a year ago... a few miles north of Lapeer. :D
