Yes it can. I have one just like that. I believe it is actually a 184 planter unit. They could be attached to toolbars on larger tractors and have 4 or 6 side by side.

I have the same planter (184) it will fit on a F cub and Lo-boy. I have mine on a Lo-boy

The second one (with the blue spot on the hopper) is in my garage at this very moment. I am taking it to the Conn cub fest tomorrow to see it I can try it out planting some corn.

If you buy the planter from the Boss you will get a good complete planter, there is a lot of junk out there being sold.
